This policy explains how 1-800-Laundry, operated by Afshin Ali LLC dba Dry Clean Supercenter ("we", "us"), 5350 Park Springs Blvd, Arlington, TX 76017, collects and uses your information.
Your name, mobile phone number, pickup/delivery address, order details, promo code used, payment status, and messages you send us. We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our payment processor.
To schedule pickups and deliveries, plan routes, send order and arrival texts, process payment, provide customer support and keep business records.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (for example our SMS carrier/messaging platform, mapping/routing and payment providers), only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
